In some countries legal rights are not allowed for international visitors. This is important for overseas travel in that in some countries major disturbances may cause the rights of foreign visitors to be compromised. For instance, in Myanmar foreigners will be denied access to an attorney in the event that they partake in any type of political activities. Court records may not be accessed in this case either.

It is important to watch for all country laws for tourists. These laws for overseas travel can vary by country and can be especially dangerous. In many cases rights will not be available to tourists in the event of any legal concerns.
